When a driver adds a note, the entry stays connected with the booking record. Users can use Journal when a completed booking needs additional context. The driver note adds information that may explain the trip more clearly than the booking record alone. Driver notes remain linked to the booking, so later review is based on the booking record and the additional context saved with it.
