Booking Details
Booking Details is the detailed record of one selected booking in the smartmove Portal. It is used when users open a booking from Booking List and need to review the full context of a single sharing case. The view brings together the booking context and the information connected with the trip. Users can review the driver information, the vehicle used for the booking, and when the booking started and ended. The start and return locations remain part of the same record, so the trip context can be reviewed together with the booking data. Booking Details also keeps the financial information connected with the selected booking. Costs, included mileage, and invoices can be reviewed together with the operational data when a booking needs to be checked more closely. When a single booking needs to be verified, users can return to the detailed record and review the confirmed booking information before deciding whether any follow up is needed.
