Session details

Session Details is used to review one selected charging event in the smartmove Portal. Users open it from Session List when a single charging process needs to be checked in more detail. The view connects the charging process with the location where it happened. Location data and charging point information stay together, so users can identify where the process took place. The charging data explains the result and current state of the process. Users can check the status, follow the time frame from start to end when this data is available, and review how much energy was consumed. The calculated cost stays connected with the same charging event, so the financial result can be checked together with the technical data. Invoices linked to the charging event remain part of the same context. The view can also include the CDR. A CDR, or Charge Detail Record, is a detailed technical and billing record of a charging process. By keeping technical and billing information together, the view makes it easier to understand a charging event. It gives users the context they need when a session has an unexpected status or when the calculated cost needs to be checked against the billing data. Session details
