Databox
Databox is used when documents need to be uploaded and sorted before they are added to the correct area in Fleets. Users can upload one file or several files at once. The platform then prepares the documents for the next step by reading the file content and suggesting where the documents may belong. A document may belong to different areas of fleet work, depending on its content and purpose. Databox gives users a prepared structure, so they do not have to sort every file completely from scratch. Before anything is saved, the suggested assignment can be reviewed and corrected. If a document was placed in the wrong area, users can adjust it before it becomes part of the vehicle history. Databox is especially useful when many documents need to be processed at the same time.
