Inspections
Inspections manages routine checks and required controls separately from maintenance. Inspection results are recorded in the vehicle record. If defects or issues are found, they can be added to the inspection result and followed up later. This makes it easier to check whether a vehicle is ready for use or whether an issue still needs attention. Previous inspection results also remain available, so users can review how the vehicle’s condition has changed over time. Keeping inspections separate from maintenance is useful because not every inspection is a workshop visit. Some checks may be legal, safety-related, operational, or part of an internal process. Inspection records support users when required checks need to be documented and reviewed later.
