Active Booking
Active Booking covers the period after a vehicle reservation has started. It allows users to manage the current trip from the mobile app until the vehicle is returned. The feature continues from the reservation confirmed before the trip. The booking context remains connected with the selected vehicle and time period while the vehicle is in use. If the trip ends earlier than planned, users can return the vehicle directly from the app. When the vehicle is not reserved by another user afterwards, the current reservation can also be extended. Users can report vehicle damage during the trip. This connects the damage report with the booking in which it was created. This keeps the main trip actions available during vehicle use and until the reservation is closed.
