Documents
The Documents section manages files linked to the selected vehicle. Vehicle documents such as certificates, registration papers are available directly in the app. This keeps important files close to the vehicle record, so they are easier to find when vehicle information needs to be checked. New files are uploaded from the app and saved with the vehicle. This is useful for adding missing documents, updating existing records, or keeping relevant vehicle paperwork available while working away from a desk. Keeping documents in the vehicle record reduces the need to search through emails, folders, or paper documents when information is needed later.
