It keeps the financial record linked to the booking, so users can check the billing part of a sharing case. Each billing record contains the information needed for later review. The document number connects the billing document with the correct record. The billing date explains when the document was created, while the payment date shows when the payment was recorded. The stored amounts provide the net value and the final total for the completed booking. Billing records remain connected with the booking they belong to. This keeps the financial context close to the sharing case when a completed booking needs to be reviewed. When financial details need to be checked later, users can return to the booking and review the related billing information from that record. Invoices
