## Documents
Documents stores files that belong to vehicles, drivers, or other fleet processes.
Files are uploaded and linked to the correct vehicle or context. This keeps documents close to the work they belong to and makes them easier to find later.
When document reading is supported, Fleets reads information from uploaded files and fills in relevant fields. The suggested information remains editable, so users can check and correct it before saving.
This section is useful whenever a document belongs to a vehicle or supports work related to that vehicle. Instead of searching through emails, folders, or local storage, users can open the related vehicle record and find the document in the same context.
