## Costs
Costs displays an overview of expenses connected with vehicles.
Cost records are reviewed in the vehicle context instead of only through separate invoices or payment records. Categories show what type of expense was recorded, such as maintenance, repairs, insurance, fines, or other operating costs.
This makes it easier to understand how vehicle costs develop over time. If one vehicle becomes more expensive than expected, the related records provide more context and make the reason easier to investigate.
The cost overview is useful when users need to compare vehicles, check recurring expenses, or understand where higher costs come from.
